The food and service used to be awesome I don't know what happened this Saturday but the hamburger was flat burnt and dry and the waitress seemed not to care when I had a question about the hamburger also she never came by to refill our drinks very disappointed

Pancakes and coffee today, both were Great. A local get together so there's no telling who you might run into. Service was good and you can't beat the prices. It's a definite go to for home cooked meals

I'm sure not everyone shares my simple tastes , and mind for that matter LoL , but this place is awesome ! Good food,,,,, you know the kind that reminds you of mom, and it's just peaceful. You feel welcome like they actually want you there. I could tell it was a small tight community, where everyone knows everyone, and even though I was a stranger I was treated like a regular. Friendly, clean looking service. Seriously folks if you're ever in English Indiana , and you are hungry, and you want a sit down meal, that tastes good, but you don't want to spend a lot, "and I mean less than you could feed a family of four at McDonald's" this is the place to go.

DEE is a excellent waitress. They have the best green beans I've ever had. I don't get there as often as I'd like but it's never a disappointment when I do.
